Ladies Bear Skirt

Wrap around Skirt with leggings. The waist is not elastic it has buttons spaced as to where you would button to front sides. Bear applique all around bottom of skirt (5 bears) waist is 12/13 '' length is 24 1/2''.  The leggings measure 14 1/2''.
