Bitter Root

In some places it is referred to as Flagroot. It is hand harvested, trimmed and dried for ceremonial use. These roots, or other sub-species, were traditionally used as medicine throughout North America. Common reference is for use to relieve the effects of a sore throat, especially by singers at the drum. Package weight is approximately 3/4 ounce of material.
